About the position

The Manager, Studio Operations role at Home Depot is responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations related to the Carpentry, Paint, and Maintenance departments. This position supports the production of photo and video assets, manages production schedules, and ensures that all studio operations are executed efficiently and effectively. The role requires collaboration with the management team to optimize set construction timelines and maintain high production standards while continuously improving studio production processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive creative excellence and improve creative quality by evaluating and enhancing creative methods.
• Mentor, develop, and coach team members through project development and performance management.
• Manage and execute production schedules and oversee the full lifecycle of deliverables associated with digital campaigns.
• Ensure the smooth running of the creative team's workflow, keeping teams informed and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support and maintain relationships by communicating updates across teams and preparing materials for updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience leading teams in construction, facility/maintenance, studio production, or home-improvement related retail environment.
• Experience with project scheduling and deadline-driven focus.
• Knowledge of safety training and implementing safety protocols.
