About the position

The Credit Experience and Brand Marketing Manager at DICK'S Sporting Goods will play a crucial role in shaping strategies to enhance the company's credit card portfolio. This position focuses on driving growth and innovation through effective project management and execution of credit card initiatives, while ensuring alignment with the broader loyalty program and brand messaging. The role requires collaboration across various internal teams and external partners to deliver a cohesive and engaging athlete experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an Integrated Marketing Strategy to promote the co-branded credit card.
  • Design and implement annual marketing strategies ensuring alignment with loyalty messaging.
  • Create engagement opportunities for credit cardholders in stores.
  • Develop instructions and collateral for ongoing store credit events.
  • Collaborate with marketing planners to integrate credit into business-as-usual campaigns.
  • Create seasonal credit-specific offers with cohesive messaging.
  • Manage the creation of credit-specific video creative as needed.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners for consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing planning teams on calendar development and creative ideation.
  • Provide input to the instore signage team for impactful signage design.
  • Serve as the primary contact with tech teams supporting credit initiatives.
  • Share business requirements and influence tech roadmaps for credit-related projects.
  • Assist with testing new technology implementations and incorporate athlete feedback.
  • Oversee brand guidelines and toolkit, updating as necessary.
  • Manage Credit and Payments Operations, tracking program KPIs monthly.
  • Co-manage multiple credit budgets, including monthly forecasts and invoice reconciliation.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance the value of the credit program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, loyalty, or credit portfolio management
  • Extensive cross-functional retail knowledge
