About the position

The Customer Experience Manager at Sysco is responsible for leading a team of Account Managers to enhance customer relationships and retention within the Customer Experience service model. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer support by effectively managing resources and collaborating with regional and operational leaders. The manager will drive success through leadership, ensuring that the team meets service levels, compliance, and customer satisfaction while resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Resource Management - ensuring the team is properly staffed and overseeing account management.
  • Executing performance management policies and business planning.
  • Acting as an escalation point of contact for customer issues.
  • Driving collaboration between Customer Service Team (CST) and Region/OpSites.
  • Building relationships through customer visits, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Maintaining relationships with Region and OpSite department leaders.
  • Engaging with current and prospective customers.
  • Leading a team of Managers to achieve service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating training for Account Managers to drive success in various competencies.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration to resolve customer challenges.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant industry experience in Customer Relationship Management or B2B Sales Management.
  • 7 years of experience in Sysco Sales organization or environment with a team selling approach preferred.
  • High School Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office.
