About the position

As a Customer Logistics Manager at Krispy Kreme, you will be the principal leader for Delivered Fresh Daily operations at the shop level. Your role involves managing Route Service Drivers, overseeing order management, coordinating loadout, and providing local customer support. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including the Regional Manager and shop General Managers, to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned Route Service Driver (RSR) team, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure efficiency, performance, and results of Delivered Fresh Daily operations at the assigned location.
• Oversee adherence to operational processes and procedures by all direct reports.
• Collaborate with the Region Customer Logistics Manager to adapt plans and priorities based on resource and operational challenges.
• Manage orders and ensure daily systems processes are completed accurately.
• Coordinate staging and loadout to ensure routes are dispatched and completed.
• Work with third-party providers to address service concerns and develop contingency plans.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships with store leadership to ensure compliance with execution expectations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a QSR or retail environment with progressive experience in logistics or fleet management.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to work all necessary schedules, including holidays and weekends.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering an equitable and unbiased culture.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in managing logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with DOT Medical Examiner Card eligibility requirements.
