About the position

We're looking for a Manager of Customer Onboarding to lead a team of seven Customer Onboarding Managers. In this role, you'll drive the execution of strategic initiatives to meet business goals, while continuously refining team processes to maximize customer engagement, product adoption, and retention. You'll be responsible for enhancing your team's performance by providing coaching to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Onboarding Managers, supporting their growth and professional development through regular coaching, one-on-ones, and quarterly conversations.
  • Set and align goals that drive performance, ensuring the team is consistently meeting business objectives and goals.
  • Design and implement scalable onboarding strategies to improve customer adoption and retention.
  • Drive collaboration across departments, working closely with Customer Success leadership and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, maximizing customer value during onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing or supervising a team in a SaaS environment.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing an amazing customer experience and driving customer success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop high performing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging CRM and sales analytics to drive performance.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience.
  • Average on target earnings (OTE) around $75,000 - $85,000.
