About the position

As the Customer Service Manager at Torani, you will lead the Customer Service Team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Your role involves developing strategies to improve service quality, streamline operations, and enhance scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to align sales and delivery goals while serving as a key liaison between customers and the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Service Team to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality service.
  • Develop strategies focused on improving service quality and streamlining operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align sales and delivery goals.
  • Enhance service levels and implement account management best practices.
  • Analyze complex customer issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and use insights to make data-informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business administration, communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to identify, report, and analyze KPIs from Oracle and/or CRM applications.
  • Effective coaching, mentoring, leadership, and team-building skills.
