The role of Manager of D2C Site Experience will be responsible for supporting the brand's digital road map and optimizing the brand's user experience strategy across our quick-growing eCommerce channel, inclusive of monthly and quarterly promotions, homepage refreshes, product launches, and SEO content updates to provide a 'best in class' experience for our customers. With rigor in site merchandising, UX principles and content best practices, this role will determine any friction in the consumer experience using analytics and site conversion KPIs and play an integral role in influencing cross-functional teams to drive results. This position will need to have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage internal and external resources to bring projects to life, while maintaining a result driven approach. This person should have strong communication skills and understand how to prioritize projects, be proactive, and have the ability to work well independently and, in a team setting.
