The position is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work, and requires up to 10% travel. In this role, the manager will contribute to the development of strategies that transform the organization by leveraging change management methodologies and tools. They will be responsible for enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications related to data initiatives. Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key decision-makers will be essential tasks. The manager will also participate in designing and delivering training programs and workshops, ensuring that all customer interactions and touchpoints are effectively managed. A critical aspect of this position involves identifying and addressing anticipated resistance to change. The manager will develop plans to mitigate risks and facilitate change management activities with team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of changes. Additionally, they will create and implement measurement systems to track the adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes related to data governance and management.
