About the position

The Manager, Data Adoption and Change Management will lead initiatives to transform the workforce into a data-driven organization. This role focuses on implementing change management strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring that data is treated as a strategic asset. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the adoption of data governance and management practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy development to transform the organization using change management methodologies.
• Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key decision makers.
• Participate in the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and customer interactions.
• Identify and work through anticipated resistance to change, developing plans to mitigate risks.
• Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to ensure adoption of changes.
• Create and implement measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes regarding data governance and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, education, or a similar field.
• 6-8 years of proven experience in driving large transformational change in multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Model, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
