About the position

This position provides leadership support in identifying, tracking, and reporting various data quality controls at FCB. The role involves conducting maturity assessments on Business Units to ensure compliance with the Enterprise Data Management Policy and related standards, while managing a team of at least two individuals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Risk & Controls team to determine coverage of controls over Critical Data Elements.
• Leads the team in reaching out to Business Units to identify controls relevant to mitigating data quality risk and managing the annual refresh of the control catalogue.
• Works with the Data Governance team to maintain an inventory of Critical Data Assets.
• Establishes and executes regular data environment maturity assessments for various Business Units at FCB.
• Provides guidance and recommendations on mitigating data quality risk.
• Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals.
• Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role.
• High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor considered a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL considered a plus.
