Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate functional leaders to create and execute a technology strategy that enhances overall business capabilities.
• Stay updated on technology industry trends and best practices.
• Continuously transform the organization to increase efficiencies and reduce expenses.
• Collaborate with the innovation team to test and learn emerging technologies.
• Create, prioritize, plan, and execute portfolio/product roadmaps or initiatives in collaboration with technology and business partners.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to reduce time to market and surface issues and risks for resolution.
• Ensure employees deliver new technology solutions in accordance with the roadmap and meet established objectives.
• Cultivate good system management disciplines with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
• Define and report metrics based on overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance and control activities support technology and enterprise business objectives.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture through documented policies and procedures.
• Manage and develop the team, fostering a spirit of shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or relevant technology experience, or equivalent experience with a High School diploma and 12 years of progressively responsible experience.
• 6 years of technology experience and proficiency.
• 6 years of experience leading large, complex technology projects.
• 5 years of experience influencing strategy for large organizations.
• 5 years of experience managing data teams.
• 5 years of experience in data architecture and developing ETL data pipeline solutions to AWS S3 lake and Snowflake lakehouse.
• 5 years of experience with data modeling, cataloging, and MDM.
• 5 years of experience developing ETL solutions to data lake and lakehouse using Informatica, IICS, and data quality IDQ.
• 5 years of experience in SQL and Python, including SQL performance tuning.
• 5 years of experience mentoring team members and guiding them through development roadblocks.
