About the position

As a Data Lead/Data Architect at Publicis Sapient, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining data architecture across the Agile Release Train (ART). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high levels of data integrity and availability while understanding the business requirements and implementing data solutions that facilitate the Engineering Tool Suite. This position requires a deep understanding of data architecture principles and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective data solutions. You will be involved in the development of the Architectural Runway, conducting gap analysis, and formulating data migration and integration strategies. Your expertise will be essential in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining data models that utilize relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases. You will manage the complete lifecycle of Database, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics projects, from inception to phased operationalization, ensuring that all projects adhere to complex government standards, especially during large database migrations from on-premises to AWS cloud. Collaboration with government business sponsors will be crucial as you work to understand their intent and clarify business and technical requirements. You will map systems and interfaces used to manage data, set standards for data management, and identify opportunities for internal process improvements. This includes automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, performing regular tests, troubleshooting issues, and integrating new features while estimating cost projections. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will educate team members through training and individual support, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment. Your role will be instrumental in recommending solutions to improve both new and existing database systems, ensuring that the data architecture aligns with the strategic goals of the organization.
