About the position

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Manager of Data Governance to join our team in Coralville, Iowa. This role is integral to our Data Governance organization, where you will collaborate closely with the Director of Data Strategy, Governance & Product Configuration to ensure that our department's outputs and inputs align with current business strategies. You will coordinate with SAP analysts and solution architects to optimize the use of master data across various data domains, ensuring that our Data Governance and Data Stewardship processes are effectively integrated into our enterprise processes and strategic objectives. In this position, you will work collaboratively with leadership across the organization to identify business needs and implement Data Governance and Data Stewardship capabilities. A key responsibility will be to coordinate and analyze master data accuracy within our sales and ERP software, advocating for data quality while providing end-user training and conducting root cause analysis. This role requires a proactive approach to data management and a commitment to fostering a culture of data quality and governance within the organization. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Data Strategy, Governance & Product Configuration to align department outputs and inputs with current business strategies.
• Coordinate with SAP analysts and solution architects to optimize the use of master data across data domains.
• Ensure that Data Governance and Data Stewardship processes are integrated into appropriate enterprise processes and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership across the organization to identify business needs and implement Data Governance and Data Stewardship capabilities.
• Coordinate and analyze master data accuracy in sales and ERP software, advocating for data quality and providing end-user training and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in science, engineering, or a business-related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of SAP experience, including hands-on data management and governance responsibilities.
• Proven capability utilizing analytical techniques to support decision-making and facilitate engagement with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
