About The Position
Join Royal Caribbean Group as a full-time Manager, Data Solutions Engineering, where you will lead the data engineering functions to deliver enterprise curated data solutions that enable our Data and AI platform to drive business. You will oversee the Data Engineering on the ERP modernization project for the next 16 months and subsequent initiatives to deliver data products for Finance and Accounting. Collaborating with 3rd party vendors, business partners, and IT stakeholders, you will ensure the new data products enable enterprise Finance and Accounting Analytics, reporting, and AI capabilities. This role also involves mentoring team members and aligning with strategic data engineering goals.
