About the position

The Manager, Development Program Management (DPM) at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is responsible for providing operational leadership and managing components of drug development programs. This role involves contributing to cross-functional development teams to create strategic plans, including goals, budgets, and timelines, and tracking the execution of these plans from preclinical stages through commercialization and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support select subteam and/or functional area meetings under the direction of the DPM Lead.
• Lead functional area and/or working group meetings as needed.
• Participate in the development of risk management plans.
• Track deliverables, risks, and issues related to projects.
• Identify stakeholders across the organization to facilitate cross-functional reviews and alignments of key documents.
• Manage project management planning systems (MS Project, SharePoint) for assigned programs/projects.
• Facilitate collaboration between functional areas to ensure effective communication.
• Keep manager and stakeholders informed to ensure alignment on key decisions and action items.
• Escalate issues and risks to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support the team in gathering information relevant to issues and formulating solutions during project implementation.
• Develop processes and tools to document issues and their resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant broad project/program management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.

Nice-to-haves
