Cartus is seeking a dynamic digital marketing maven and content creator with a B2B or enterprise product/service background to join our global branding and communications team. This role will report to the director of branding & communications and will involve developing both short- and long-form multichannel content to support Cartus lead generation and nurturing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Cartus branding & communications team and cross-functional subject matter experts to elevate our reputation for industry thought leadership. Responsibilities will include creating blog posts, podcasts, white papers, survey reports, video scripts/storyboards, product marketing materials, webinars, and social media campaigns. In addition to content creation, the role will involve collaborating with the Cartus web team and third-party agency partners to develop and manage buyer personas and journeys, lead generation and nurture strategies, and campaigns using our marketing/email automation platform. The candidate will also be responsible for optimizing Cartus's front-end UX/UI and back-end capabilities, managing short- and long-term SEO strategy, creating landing pages for digital campaigns, and updating native and embedded Cartus content and resources. The role will require coordination with external and internal partners to deliver validated analytics and reporting around digital lead generation, web traffic, and other KPIs. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the challenge of melding the creative with the quantitative to develop, implement, and optimize Cartus' digital marketing and content strategy. They should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a growth mindset, and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and content strategy development. Familiarity with various digital platforms and a willingness to support other marketing initiatives as needed are also essential. The position may require occasional travel for industry or team events, approximately 1-2 times per year.
