About the position

The Enterprise Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager at Brunswick Corporation is responsible for overseeing the company's digital presence across its website and social media platforms. This role combines strategic vision with tactical execution, focusing on enhancing user experience and search engine optimization while developing engaging content and managing social media strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage analytics to inform marketing decisions and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with corporate branding and messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and effectively communicate digital marketing analytics.
  • Build data analytics across the enterprise utilizing social tools, including social listening data sets to pull together actionable insights.
  • Analyze social data to support strategic and executional recommendations & provide quarterly reporting for corporate brand.
  • Website content authoring and editing in alignment with Brunswick's brand identity and language strategy.
  • Work on key digital and social strategies, goals, and reports for large events such as CES and Miami International Boat Show.
  • Build process efficiencies across social media submissions and manage the social approval process across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related course of study.
  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience including social media management, marketing or communications.
  • Experience in website CMS platforms and SEO best practices.
  • Developing and executing a social media + content strategy.
  • Experience with social media management, influencer and listening tools such as Hootsuite, Klear and Meltwater.
  • Demonstrated success translating visual brand identity to social media.
  • Ability to create engaging content for social media including Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube and more.
  • Experience maximizing brand experience on hiring platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor.
  • Ability to support community management and communicate using brand voice.
  • Intermediate skill level with a design tool such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of paid digital advertising programs with Google, Bing, social media ads and more.
  • Strong time management to meet tight deadlines and work on simultaneous projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Passion for learning and remaining current on all forms of social media including emerging trends and channels.
  • Ability to engage on social media in real-time, which could include nights & weekends.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
