The Manager of Digital Content Channels at Schwab plays a crucial role in enhancing the digital and campaign experiences for financial advisors. This position focuses on project management, collaboration with marketing teams, and the development of impactful digital content that builds advisor confidence and engagement with Schwab's offerings. The role requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Work on large scale campaigns and initiatives as part of a project team.
  • Project manage individual and cross-team plans, ensuring deadlines are met according to project roadmaps.
  • Lead and track critical cross-team functions and processes, including team plans, roadmaps, budgets, and project intake.
  • Attend team meetings and status check-ins to stay updated on goals and strategies.
  • Assist in the development, QA, and testing of educational and value-added content.
  • Contribute as a thought partner in solving complex problems.
  • Collaborate with agencies to create digital experiences for Advisor Services.
  • Provide support for inquiries received through the advisor get-help mailbox.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital, website, and content marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing brief creation, copywriting, editing, and proofreading
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing practices and tactics
  • Experience with authoring tools such as video/audio recording and editing software (Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Captivate, HTML, Adobe suite, After Effects, Premier Pro)
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office Suite, and Teams.
