About The Position

The Manager, Digital Enablement partners with multiple business units to define and drive a forward-looking technology strategy aligned to enterprise objectives. This role combines deep business and AI understanding with continuous research into industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI capabilities to identify and guide efforts where technology can unlock value, improve operations, and solve complex business problems. Acting as a strategic connector between business leaders, technology teams, and the broader market landscape, this role ensures the organization is not only solving today’s problems but also preparing for what’s next.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in product management, program/project management, technology strategy, or digital transformation
  • Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics in a business and/or citizen development context
  • Strong experience partnering with senior business leaders and technical teams
  • Proven ability to research and synthesize industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Enterprise or operationally complex environment experience
  • Familiarity with agile delivery and modern product practices

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across business units to understand strategic objectives, operating models, process flows, and value drivers
  • Facilitate discovery to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for technology enablement
  • Develop technology strategies and roadmaps informed by business priorities, industry trends, and emerging capabilities
  • Research and monitor developments across the industry, including AI, automation, platforms, and digital tools and translate into practical, business-relevant opportunities
  • Partner with engineering, data, AI teams, and vendors to shape and build solutions
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value potential, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness
  • Provide leadership and direction for complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Define KPIs and track value realization tied to technology investments
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and progress to senior leadership
