About the position

The Manager of Digital Growth Marketing at Yum! Brands is responsible for developing and executing Pizza Hut's strategic growth plan aimed at increasing digital sales through first-party web and app solutions. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience across various touchpoints, focusing on performance marketing, creative strategies, and digital merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional manager meetings to represent the customer experience and provide input into leadership recommendations.
  • Support agency management and internal meetings to map end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring comprehensive team involvement.
  • Pilot key marketing innovations to enhance the digital customer experience, collaborating with teams for successful execution.
  • Aggregate key metrics across functions to monitor the impact of marketing efforts on digital business.
  • Lead the reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) through a customer and marketing strategy lens, focusing on conversion and traffic quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between marketing and Digital & Technology teams to ensure alignment on marketing inputs and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in driving digital channel growth strategies across first-party platforms.
  • Deep understanding of marketing/customer dynamics and e-commerce to facilitate cross-organizational translation.
  • Excellent analytical skills to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with various teams.
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting.
  • Background in performance or brand marketing.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $118,500 to $139,400 annually plus bonus eligibility.
