Stanford Health Care (SHC) is seeking a Manager for Digital Health Product Management to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Digital Health at SHC, which is one of our four strategic domains. The Digital Health team is dedicated to empowering patients to access Stanford Health Care services anytime and anywhere, ensuring a best-in-class digital patient experience. The Manager will work closely with various teams, including Software Engineering, Clinical and Business Operations, and Healthcare Analytics, to drive innovation and enhance our digital offerings. In this position, the Manager will be responsible for defining a winning product management strategy for Digital Health. This includes ensuring that the SHC myHealth platform remains at the forefront of the industry by providing patients with a seamless and personalized digital experience. The Manager will introduce new and innovative products, define a product roadmap, and prioritize feature development in collaboration with Software Engineering. Additionally, the role involves translating patient needs into product requirements, leveraging insights from the Digital Health Design Thinking team, and collaborating with the Digital Health Strategy, Alliances, and Innovation teams to harness external innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with at least five years of experience in bringing customer-facing applications and digital experiences to market. They will possess significant experience in collaborating with software engineering teams and a proven track record of growing revenue from technology products. The Manager will also need to demonstrate strong influencing skills and the ability to navigate a complex matrixed environment, integrating technology into operations effectively. This role requires a motivated self-starter who can work both collaboratively and independently to meet demanding assignments.
