About the position

The Manager of Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics at MGM Resorts International is responsible for driving insights and recommendations through data storytelling across digital marketing platforms. This role focuses on analyzing channel trends, attribution modeling, media spend impact, and digital campaign effectiveness. The manager will lead a team, present actionable insights to business partners, and support the Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics team in implementing initiatives that enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across teams to prepare & present strategic insights and results of digital marketing campaigns & growth initiatives.
  • Query and analyze complex data sets to identify key business trends, pull campaign performance, digital A/B test results and customer behavior.
  • Build, train and lead a team of analysts to deliver insights and results of digital marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Establish best practices on measurement, digital engagement performance and analyses.
  • Review findings before presentation to business partners; oversee the accuracy of team's measurement results.
  • Help prioritize work and projects, and create roadmaps for measurement, tagging and testing that lead to a deep understanding of customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI and Adobe digital dashboards to provide real-time results on campaign performance and attribution across channels.
  • Serve as media measurement expert across digital touchpoints and partner platforms.
  • Support the development of methodologies to measure and improve the effectiveness of media spend across multiple touchpoints, brands, and business units.
  • Provide and initiate ad-hoc analyses to answer key business questions and explain trends/anomalies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience
  • 1+ year experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
