About the position

The Manager of Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics at MGM Resorts International is responsible for driving insights and recommendations through data storytelling across digital marketing platforms. This role focuses on analyzing channel trends, attribution modeling, media spend impact, and digital campaign effectiveness. The manager will lead a team to present actionable insights to business partners and support the Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics team in implementing initiatives that enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across teams to prepare and present strategic insights and results of digital marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
  • Query and analyze complex data sets to identify key business trends and pull campaign performance data.
  • Build, train, and lead a team of analysts to deliver insights and results of digital marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Establish best practices on measurement, digital engagement performance, and analyses.
  • Review findings before presentation to business partners and oversee the accuracy of team's measurement results.
  • Help prioritize work and projects, creating roadmaps for measurement, tagging, and testing.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI and Adobe digital dashboards for real-time campaign performance results.
  • Serve as media measurement expert across digital touchpoints and partner platforms.
  • Support the development of methodologies to measure and improve media spend effectiveness across multiple touchpoints.
  • Provide and initiate ad-hoc analyses to answer key business questions and explain trends or anomalies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • 1+ year experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
