About the position

The Manager, Digital Marketing and Communications at BioSkryb is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy. This role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to create effective campaigns that promote biotech products to target audiences. The position requires a strong focus on digital presence, lead generation, and brand awareness, utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive all aspects of Digital Marketing including brand awareness, demand generation, and social media programming.
  • Manage website updates and content using HTML, Java, React/JSX, and Strapi or other headless CMS.
  • Serve as Pardot/Account Engagement administrator, executing and reporting on campaigns and sales funnel generation.
  • Design and distribute responsive HTML emails optimized for various clients and automations via Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Create and manage demand and lead generation campaigns in Salesforce, tracking prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and RES regulations.
  • Support omni-channel marketing campaigns by developing landing pages and tracking conversion metrics.
  • Drive a seamless customer purchase experience through cohesive brand storytelling across digital channels.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR/Media strategy to create market impact.
  • Manage and optimize social media channels including content and paid media to drive engagement.
  • Build strong partnerships with commercial teams to manage communication calendars and customer feedback.
  • Continuously improve digital lead generation efforts and optimize the marketing tech stack.
  • Identify insights through digital measurement tools to inform strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage competitive intelligence to identify promotional activities that align with company strategy.
  • Direct and manage paid search, display, social, and affiliate campaigns to meet ROI goals and sales targets.
  • Own the Digital Marketing Budget and manage financial planning across channels.
  • Develop and maintain reporting on ROI and KPI metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Pardot, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
