About the position

The Digital Marketing & Screenings Manager at Picture Motion is responsible for managing social impact campaigns from conception to completion. This role focuses on developing and executing digital marketing strategies, coordinating promotional marketing for theatrical and streaming premieres, and overseeing grassroots educational and community screening tours for various media projects. The manager will ensure successful campaign execution by adhering to project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of campaign performance, including strategy, timelines, and budgets according to Scope of Work (SOW) and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet both internal and client expectations.
  • Lead the development and final review of campaign materials such as master grids, project briefs, and promotional processes.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to coordinators, ensuring all weekly tasks and deadlines are met when applicable.
  • Create and manage tracking documents in MS Planner, ensuring all tasks are aligned with campaign goals.
  • Build and grow outreach lists, and strategize timing and communication for educational and community screening tours.
  • Develop outreach templates, tracking documents, and oversee outreach activities.
  • Manage event logistics including film file and digital distribution for screenings.
  • Coordinate with screening hosts and manage follow-up communications.
  • Develop and manage additional impact opportunities such as digital extensions and social media campaigns.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives to drive engagement and amplify campaign reach.
  • Build and grow high-level partnerships and grassroots partnerships to support screenings and digital activations.
  • Manage CRM platform and mass email marketing tool to track outreach efforts, leads, and campaign data.
  • Create and maintain content for digital channels in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Serve as a direct contact for client communications, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Create and deliver client-ready documents, including weekly updates and post-mortems.
  • Ensure professional and timely communication with vendors and partners.
  • Maintain, update, and track contacts in our CRM and master database.
  • Analyze campaign data, interpret engagement metrics, and present insights in post-campaign reports.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, film, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or client relations.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting CRM, email marketing tools, and social media platform data.
  • Community management experience and the ability to have positive correspondence with screening hosts or community leaders.
  • Expertise in managing project timelines and enforcing processes to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail in all communications and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 360, CRM database and email marketing tools.
