About the position

Consumer products manufacturing company is seeking a tech-savvy, resourceful, and motivated eCommerce Manager to join the team full-time in the Miami HQ. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM and performance metrics, as well as the ability to manage the strong growth and development of our eCommerce channels. You will be responsible for overseeing the digital operations of the company website and are responsible for generating sales via online channels. Shopify Plus expertise is a must!

Responsibilities

  • Manage all online activity in relation to the website, traffic, sales, customer service, site conversion, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Assist with eCommerce operations and sales-related tasks on the website, supporting marketing and promotional efforts for growth and website promotions, including some weekends and nights.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO optimization.
  • Ensure product pricing and listings are optimized, monitor the competitive landscape for similar products, and manage inventory.
  • Collaborate effectively with other functional areas within the company.
  • Work alongside the eCommerce Support team to enhance customer experience by implementing loyalty and product/brand review programs and monitoring customer concerns.
  • Proactively interact and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers across social media platforms.
  • Support OneTrust CCPA/GDRP Requests and data privacy laws.
  • Manage KPI reports and ROI analysis, delivering insights and action plans for improvement.

Requirements

  • Expert level in Shopify Plus CMS platform and affiliated apps.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative with the ability to work with cross-functional partners.
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, and display advertising.
  • Confidence in developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis.
  • Expert level email and SMS marketing in Klaviyo.
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with graphic design, coding HTML/SQL, and writing ad and product copy.
