About the position

The Email Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving both in-club and online sales, as well as enhancing membership retention and acquisition. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing promotional email campaigns to align with overall marketing objectives, focusing on audience engagement, conversion, and brand awareness. The role requires a solid understanding of email marketing best practices and the ability to analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple, complex, and concurrent email marketing projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Draft creative briefs for each campaign, incorporating brand storytelling and product quality.
  • Manage promotional campaigns end-to-end, including creative development, targeting, setup, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Support the execution of A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and sending times.
  • Report on campaign performance using analytics tools and present insights for future planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
