About the position

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Digital Marketing - Email and Webinar with a specialization in email and webinar marketing to join our Performance Marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email and webinar campaigns designed to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email and webinar marketing best practices, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven, multi-touch email and webinar campaigns to generate leads and support the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with content, product, brand and field teams to craft compelling content, ensuring it aligns with audience segmentation and buyer personas and integrated campaigns.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of email and webinar programs, including campaign planning, design, development, deployment, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing programs to ensure high-quality leads are effectively moved through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the sales team to refine lead qualification criteria and implement processes to increase the conversion of marketing-generated leads into closed deals.
  • Analyze lead performance and feedback from sales to continually refine targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Monitor key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, designs, and calls to action to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for joint marketing initiatives and create strategies that support both teams in reaching revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, ensuring open communication and coordination between the two departments.
  • Work with sales leadership to create and optimize co-branded campaigns, sales enablement tools, and joint promotional efforts to generate demand.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce) to design and execute sophisticated email workflows and automations.
  • Maintain the health of email lists, ensuring data quality, segmentation accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Monitors, analyzes and provides regular tracking and reporting on campaign results. Performs monthly retrospectives on webinar and email. Frequently monitors webinar and email performance (weekly or daily). Identifies and shares actionable insights from these analyses.
  • Use data insights to continuously optimize and refine email marketing strategies for better engagement and ROI.

Requirements

  • 3+ years executing email and/or webinar programs for a B2B company.
  • Experience managing a marketing calendar and providing end-to-end email campaign management/deployment.
  • Experience with persona-based targeting and integrated marketing.
  • Proven mastery and understanding of email and webinar best practices, industry benchmarks and testing strategies.
  • Basic HTML or WYSIWYG email and landing page editing experience.
  • Ability to distill disparate and complex data into simple and actionable insights.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working independently and in a group setting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience marketing SaaS software platforms in the legal technology industry.
  • Experience working in a high growth technology company.
  • Pardot certification and/or experience with Pardot and Salesforce integration.
  • Experience with Zoom hosted webinars and events.
  • Experience supporting a global marketing team, including management of campaigns outside of the North American market.
