About the position

The Manager, Digital Marketing & Media will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day media operations at Christian Dior Couture, which includes the development, implementation, trafficking, and performance analysis of both online and offline campaigns. This role encompasses various media channels such as Social, Display, Online Video, Search, Print, and Out-of-Home advertising. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing & Media, the Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the paid media strategy for the Americas, specifically supporting the Men's, Baby, and Maison categories across retail and e-commerce platforms in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Seated within the Communications Department, the Media Team collaborates cross-functionally with various departments including e-Commerce, Merchandising, Public Relations, Digital Communications, CRM, VM, and Finance. This collaboration is essential to align and present the brand image of Christian Dior Couture through effective and impactful 360-degree paid media strategies. The ideal candidate for this position will have a keen interest in all media channels, possess strong digital media experience, and have a solid understanding of the luxury industry. Advanced analytical and communication skills are crucial, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working with both local and global teams, as well as external agency and media partners. The role requires the candidate to brief, plan, complete, and report on brand marketing and media campaigns in collaboration with media agencies across the Americas. The Manager will lead the category budget, campaign calendar, and flowchart, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and effective orchestration of campaign assets. Monitoring key metrics for ongoing digital campaign performance and optimization is a critical aspect of the role, as is the development of presentations for internal and external meetings regarding campaign planning, performance, and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Brief, plan, complete, and report on brand marketing and media campaigns in collaboration with media agencies in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
  • Lead category budget, campaign calendar, and flowchart.
  • Liaise with Paris headquarters teams for global guidelines, media plan alignment, and campaign asset orchestration.
  • Lead campaign trafficking processes to ensure on-time delivery of all print, outdoor and digital advertising assets to agencies and media partners.
  • Monitor key critical metrics for ongoing digital campaign performance and optimization across Social, Display, and Search.
  • Lead campaign wrap reports and consolidation of takeaways across in-platform reporting, GA4 and agency-supplied data.
  • Develop presentations for internal and external meetings on campaign planning, performance, budgets, etc.
  • Communicate with media partners, social platforms, and LVMH Media team to maintain relationships and stay up to date with emerging trends/ opportunities in both the media and luxury industry for strategic decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • At least 5 years experience in paid media, preferably at an agency or luxury brand
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Pro-active with strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Fluent in English

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior budget management and invoice processing tool experience (Coupa, MediaYours)
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and react to changes of business demands
  • Understanding of the media landscape and strategic differences between key social platforms
  • Experience in full-funnel digital media trafficking, deployment, optimization, and analytics (across awareness, traffic and conversion objectives)
  • Analytical approach with ability to synthesize large sets of campaign data and draw actionable insights
  • Proficient in standard industry reporting tools and ad-serving technologies (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
