About the position

The Senior Digital Brand Manager at Taco Bell is responsible for leading the marketing strategy, planning, execution, and growth of both third-party and first-party delivery channels. This role aims to drive sales, awareness, and consideration of Taco Bell Delivery by leveraging insights, customer data, and innovation. The position also supports the loyalty strategy to enhance customer relationships and delivery company value.

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital sales growth via delivery occasions.
  • Increase the growth and profitability of both first and third-party delivery business.
  • Support the growth and profitability of Taco Bell's loyalty program.
  • Lead the team on delivery strategy for promotions, innovation, products, and communications.
  • Oversee co-marketing budgets for each aggregator and brief media, promotions, or branded partnership opportunities.
  • Manage the creation, budgeting, reporting, communications, implementation, and results of delivery promotions.
  • Design, develop, and deliver Taco Bell's approach to digital product generation, testing, and validation.
  • Manage and develop the Senior Associate Manager for 3P delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience with 3-5 years in Digital Product, Digital Experience, or Brand Marketing.
  • Experience working with Delivery Partners such as UberEats and DoorDash.
  • Experience in multi-channel retail industry or franchised business is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
  • Working understanding of A/B Testing and dynamic creative development.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop product ideas and interpret sales analysis.
  • Strong influence and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and planning skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
