They will also manage key initiatives aimed at engaging the Disney fandom, collaborating with loyalty and fan engagement programs across the enterprise. The Manager will utilize their extensive knowledge of Disney brands and franchises to create visually stunning social content and campaigns. They will lead the exploration of new social media platforms and trends, ensuring that Disney's fan engagement strategies remain innovative and effective. Additionally, the Manager will execute paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the Media team, translating creative briefs into actionable strategies that resonate with audiences.
