Roc Nation, a joint venture with Live Nation, is on the lookout for a Manager of Digital Marketing & Strategy to oversee the digital marketing efforts for its brand portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational success of Roc Nation's digital properties and social media channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy and will be responsible for driving, executing, tracking, reporting, and enhancing digital activations in collaboration with internal teams, brand partners, media partners, and agency vendors. The ideal candidate will be a performance-oriented marketer who is comfortable managing operationally-based digital marketing initiatives. In this position, the Manager will work cross-functionally to facilitate omni-channel success that drives long-term value for Roc Nation's brand clients and special projects. The role requires a proactive approach to managing social media calendars, initiatives, and events, as well as developing supporting plans for each brand or client. The Manager will also be responsible for producing creative and engaging copy that drives audience engagement across various digital mediums, including websites, e-retail content, organic social media, paid advertising, and email campaigns. Additionally, the Manager will ensure timely publishing of social media content, manage brand content, coordinate with partners and internal teams for online content production, and monitor community conversations around the brand. The role also involves creating routine performance reports, maintaining compliance with legal requirements, and serving as the primary contact for digital agency and vendor relationships. The Manager will engage in community management, live coverage of events, and may require light to moderate lifting during activations.
