Roc Nation, a joint venture with Live Nation, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for Armand de Brignac Champagne. This role is pivotal in ensuring the functional and operational success of the brand's digital properties and social channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy - Brands and will be responsible for driving, executing, tracking, reporting, and improving digital activations in collaboration with the client brand team, Roc Nation, media partners, and agency vendors. The ideal candidate is a performance-oriented marketer who is comfortable managing operationally based digital marketing efforts. This position requires a cross-functional approach to facilitate omni-channel success that drives long-term value for Armand de Brignac Champagne. The Digital Marketing Manager will facilitate the operational success of the digital marketing strategy to achieve desired KPIs across all channels, including Social, SEO, CRM, and Influencer Strategy. The incumbent will manage the day-to-day operations of digital marketing channels, including social media, web, and CRM. They will proactively map social media calendars, initiatives, and events, developing supporting plans for the brand. The role also involves producing creative, persuasive, and succinct copy designed to drive engagement across all digital mediums, ensuring timely publishing of content across platforms using native tools and preferred software like Sprinklr. In addition to content management, the Digital Marketing Manager will attend regular marketing and communications meetings to contribute to key brand planning and strategy development. They will own and present monthly recap reports of key metrics, findings, and recommendations for improvement. The role requires coordination with partners and internal teams to ensure that online content production aligns with brand specifications. The manager will monitor community conversations around the brand and its competitors, setup conversation alerts, and recommend actions for the brand team. They will also create and maintain routine reports on performance and tentpole moments, ensuring compliance with legal requirements globally. The position involves live coverage and content capture of events where the brand is present, sharing updates in real-time as needed.
