The Manager, Digital Marketing & Strategy (Spirits) position at Roc Nation, a joint venture with Live Nation, is a full-time role based in New York, NY. This role is pivotal in ensuring the functional and operational success of Armand de Brignac Champagne's digital properties and social channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy - Brands, the incumbent will be responsible for driving, executing, tracking, reporting, and improving digital activations in collaboration with the client brand team, Roc Nation, media partners, and agency vendors. The ideal candidate is a performance-oriented marketer who is comfortable managing operationally based digital marketing efforts. The role requires a cross-functional approach to facilitate omni-channel success that drives long-term value for the brand. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of various digital marketing channels, including social media, web, and CRM. The individual will proactively map social media calendars, initiatives, and events, developing supporting plans for the brand. They will produce creative and persuasive copy designed to drive engagement across all digital mediums, ensuring timely publishing of content across platforms using preferred tools like Sprinklr. The manager will also be responsible for brand content management, assisting in creating editorial stories and collaborative content opportunities, and attending regular marketing and communications meetings to contribute to key brand planning and strategies. The position also involves monitoring community and topic conversations around the brand and its competitors, setting up conversation alerts, and recommending actions for the brand team. The manager will create and sustain routine reports on performance and tentpole moments, summarizing findings and providing recommendations for improvement. Additionally, the role requires live coverage and content capture of events and activations where the brand is present, sharing updates in real-time as needed. The position requires splitting in-office time between Roc Nation and MHUSA HQ, and the candidate should be comfortable handling the movement of premium products.
