About the position

The Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategy to enhance the company's online presence and drive engagement, leads, and sales across various channels. This role involves overseeing online campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis to ensure alignment with business goals and brand voice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize online campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging digital content for the website, blog, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Supervise small internal staff and third-party contractors, accountable for performance management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in online media, corporate and/or agency digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Advanced proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO), Google AdWords, and social media advertising platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM (Marketing Cloud) and other digital marketing platforms and technologies.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, train, and supervise employees.
