We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Senior Manager to lead and execute various digital and CRM-related initiatives that are integral to the firm's growth. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic, technically proficient, highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented individual with intrinsic motivation and a strong client-service mentality. You will leverage your deep marketing technology (MarTech) experience to develop, deploy, and manage digital programs that generate demand and increase engagement, thereby playing a crucial role in the firm's success. In this new position, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to bring innovative ideas to life. This collaborative role involves managing the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, partnering closely with key stakeholders, and working cross-functionally to ensure the superior execution of digital marketing and sales programs with ongoing reporting and analysis. As a leader, you will have the unique opportunity to direct the firm's digital footprint and drive real change. We need someone passionate, driven, and able to think and manage projects proactively. While we are a collaborative team, ownership and accountability of initiatives are critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the firm's digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Own the management of the firm's website, including monthly reviews and updates, plugin and risk management.
  • Implement and manage the ongoing technical aspects of the firm's CRM, Zoho CRM, and related reporting.
  • Post and optimize content on the website, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Create and manage digital advertising, landing pages, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Create, manage, optimize, and report on paid social media, geofencing, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Develop a dashboard and monthly reports on marketing analytics and KPIs, providing recommendations based on data and implementing changes as needed/agreed.
  • Manage the firm's Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program.
  • Ensure marketing's digital and data compliance (ADA, GDPR, cookies, etc.).
  • Manage and troubleshoot Google Analytics, Google My Business Page, Google Console, and PageSpeed Insights accounts.
  • Own the email marketing program and the ongoing maintenance of the email platform while providing recommendations for improvement and more effective data management.
  • Manage relationships with third-party digital agencies to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build and manage a team to support the growth of Maner Costerisan's digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related area.
  • 5-7 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • 5+ years marketing experience, B2B preferred —professional services, technology and/or agency experience highly preferred.
  • Social media experience required: LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Expertise in WordPress, Zoho CRM (preferred), and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Google AdWords, geofencing, and paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and a good understanding of UX/UI best practices.
  • Strong writing skills and video marketing experience are a plus.
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) required.
