In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging digital channels to promote Effectv. The scope of a digital marketer's role encompasses a wide range of digital media, including search engines, content creation, and other website tools to ensure our Effectv website is optimized for increased net new qualified visitors, increased engaged session rates, building our email house list, and lead generation via form fill, chat, and phone calls. You may manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees, providing subject matter guidance as required. Additionally, you will develop processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies and assist in the development and meeting of departmental budgets. You will own key personalization strategies within the digital customer lifecycle experience from off-site media to on-site for strategic audience segments. This includes defining a strategic roadmap, socializing it, and gaining buy-in from multiple groups. You will provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with search engine optimization goals, perform keyword research, produce comprehensive technical search engine optimization analysis, and provide exceptional reporting that includes detailed insights and actionable next steps to achieve business objectives. You will also work with the Paid Media Manager to develop the marketing plan for the paid search program, ensuring key performance indicators are achieved, and oversee the Digital Marketing Strategy on the website, developing relevant content and tactics to optimize the online experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own key personalization strategies within the digital customer lifecycle experience from off-site media to on-site for strategic audience segments.
  • Define strategic roadmap and socialize it to gain buy-in from multiple groups.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with search engine optimization goals.
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
  • Produce comprehensive technical search engine optimization analysis of website/assets to facilitate the development of clear, actionable optimization roadmaps.
  • Provide detailed reporting that includes insights and actionable next steps to achieve business objectives.
  • Work with the Paid Media Manager to develop the marketing plan for the paid search program and ensure key performance indicators are achieved.
  • Drive overall program tactics in conjunction with paid search vendors and manage day-to-day optimizations and updates.
  • Oversee the Digital Marketing Strategy on the website and develop relevant content for the website.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret information about marketing performance from digital and paid media channels to inform strategy.
  • Conceptualize, ideate, and develop new content to support website strategy for lead capture and conversion.
  • Audit digital content and identify improvements on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead coordination and production of new content to feed A/B tests, new pages, and personalization on the website.
  • Collaborate with other content teams across the organization to share best practices and align on content themes/calendar.
  • Manage and mentor a team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or related field.
  • 5-7 years related experience in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Marketing Strategy and Analytics.
  • B2B experience preferred.
  • 5+ years managing a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience developing presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience of successful collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Experience collaborating with teams in multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize decisions with strategy and logic in a demanding environment.
  • Proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight.
  • Proactivity and curiosity in asking questions and challenging the norm.
