As the Manager of Digital Marketing at Hourglass Cosmetics, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing acquisition marketing for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments. This position is integral to our rapidly growing digital landscape, where you will collaborate closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to drive consumer acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including media planning, analyzing media performance across comprehensive campaigns, and partnering with our creative team to develop visually appealing and effective advertisements. You will also be tasked with trend-watching to identify new channels for investment, ensuring that Hourglass remains at the forefront of the beauty industry. In this dynamic role, you will assist in managing global paid media campaigns from inception to completion. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across various channels. You will track and analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, optimizations, and recommendations for future campaigns. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying creative learnings and insights, as well as A/B test opportunities for asset variations to understand and interpret creative performance and best practices. Additionally, you will support the development and execution of content strategies for paid channels in partnership with the Creative Team. This involves briefing the Creative Team, trafficking, and quality assurance of paid media creatives for our media agency and external partners. You will manage day-to-day communications with agencies and external partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution. Staying current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies will be essential to apply and test new knowledge effectively.
