About the position

The Manager, Digital Marketing at BridgeBio is responsible for leading social media campaign execution and managing the ongoing health of these campaigns across the company's commercial efforts. This role involves ensuring the effective creation, execution, and optimization of social media strategies that align with broader business goals, while collaborating with various teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar to track important dates and events.
• Post organic social content across platforms and brands, managing user access and compliance with standards.
• Manage the MLR process for social content.
• Provide best practice processes and production guidelines for social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and agency partners to create cross-functional plans across digital mediums.
• Monitor and report on social media channels, optimizing content strategies accordingly.
• Support the Director of Digital Marketing in standardizing social media campaign creation and delivery.
• Facilitate support for cross-functional content and strategies.
• Create and follow a QA process for all published social media assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the pharma industry.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing platform backends, including social media channels and business manager UIs.
• Experience with all aspects of campaign creation from strategy to execution to reporting.
• Proven track record of digital optimizations across campaign lifecycles.
• Results-oriented with the ability to read data and drive decision-making.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to maintain project momentum.
