Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels.
- Drive organic and paid search strategies to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on strategy and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce and Pardot experience is a must.
