About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at AAA Oregon/Idaho is responsible for deploying effective user experiences on the organization's member-facing digital platforms. This role involves collaboration and leadership within the marketing team and across various business lines to enhance digital experiences that support sales, lead generation, and club goals. The position is full-time and based in the company's headquarters in Downtown Portland.

Responsibilities

• Deploy effective user experiences on member-facing digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other business lines.
• Lead projects to optimize digital experiences for members and customers.
• Support sales and lead generation efforts.
• Ensure alignment with club goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5-7 years of prior digital marketing work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Adaptability to organizational culture and brand guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of website analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook tools and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of database management tools.
• Knowledge of Qualtrics and text/SMS platforms.
• Knowledge of LPO and SEO best practices and tools.
• Knowledge of design aesthetics and ability to follow established creative style.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
