About the position

Delta Dental of New Jersey is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the implementation of the digital strategy and manage the day-to-day operations of the website and content distribution across various digital platforms. This full-time, hybrid role involves front-end development, SEO strategy execution, advertising campaign optimization, social media management, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. The manager will also be responsible for analyzing marketing efforts, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of the digital strategy and manage day-to-day operations of the website.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance existing pages and consult on new page development.
  • Optimize advertising campaigns across digital media to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences.
  • Implement landing page optimization strategies to enhance conversion points and drive results.
  • Manage marketing attribution models to track and analyze the impact of marketing efforts on overall sales performance.
  • Oversee implementation of social media strategy, content development, distribution, and analytics.
  • Measure and report digital marketing channel efforts against benchmarks for established KPIs.
  • Manage A/B testing processes including requirements gathering, documentation, test design, and measurement.
  • Ensure compliance with Delta Dental brand guidelines and standards in website management.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns using best practices for copy, design, and call to action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with IT or digital technology experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in classic marketing and/or product management with a proven track record as a strategic digital marketer.
  • Experience with web content management software and hosting services.
  • In-depth analytical experience with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal partners and external customers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated track record in developing and executing new digital experiences from conception to implementation.
  • Experience redesigning and improving the consumer value chain and digital experience.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Familiarity with development for WCAG 2.1 Accessibility standards.
