Join Takeda as a Manager, Digital Marketing, where you will serve as an omnichannel expert within the Mood Disorder Franchise & Digital Strategy Team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Promotional Review Team, Insights & Analytics, Brand Strategy, and Digital Strategy subject matter experts, to create meaningful experiences for our customers, both tactically and creatively. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring that campaign messaging is executed across the right digital channels, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. As a Manager, you will be responsible for owning the Customer Experience (CX) Maps, Digital Message Maps, Digital Asset Catalogue, and Digital Agency Roadmaps. This involves keeping these resources up to date and ensuring alignment with cross-functional team members. You will develop operational plans for campaign execution, set metrics, and measurement plans to track performance effectively. Collaborating with digital subject matter experts and Marketing Intelligence, you will create omnichannel experiences that resonate with our customers. Your role will also involve closely monitoring campaign performance across various digital marketing channels, including Web, CRM, Paid Media, and Field Marketing. You will evaluate the effectiveness of these channels and work with subject matter experts to optimize both channel and content based on performance data. Additionally, you will lead campaigns through medical, legal, and regulatory reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards. In managing external agencies, you will hold them accountable to Takeda's policies, standards, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's strategic goals.
