About the position

Quanterix is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their remote marketing team in Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in leading the lead generation process, managing digital marketing resources, and mentoring a team of marketing professionals. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Director of Global Marketing and will play a key role in advancing the company's mission of revolutionizing biomarker analysis for precision health.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lead generation process, working closely with the lead generation team to identify and target key customer segments.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns leveraging various channels, including digital marketing, events, and content marketing.
  • Solicit feedback from Sales Management and incorporate that feedback into the Lead Gen process.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing resources, including personnel, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team members to enhance online presence, utilizing SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital channels effectively.
  • Manage, hire, develop, and retain a team of marketing professionals responsible for digital resources.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment, promoting continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Develop and manage marketing program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 8 years of related experience with a BS/BA degree, 6 years with an MS/MA degree, or 3 years with a PhD.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and outreach platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing programs, particularly in the life sciences or technology sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, lead generation tactics, and campaign optimization.
