As the Manager of Digital Marketing at Comcast, you will be responsible for leveraging various digital channels to promote Effectv, ensuring that our digital marketing strategies are effectively implemented to drive engagement and lead generation. This role encompasses a wide range of digital media, including search engines, content creation, and website optimization, aimed at increasing qualified visitors and enhancing user engagement on our Effectv website. You will play a crucial role in managing a team, providing subject matter guidance, and developing processes to drive departmental efficiencies while assisting in budget development and management. Your responsibilities will include owning key personalization strategies within the digital customer lifecycle experience, from off-site media to on-site engagement for strategic audience segments. You will define and socialize a strategic roadmap, provide recommendations for content development aligned with SEO goals, and conduct comprehensive keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities. Additionally, you will produce technical SEO analyses to facilitate actionable optimization roadmaps and provide detailed reporting that drives business objectives. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with the Paid Media Manager to develop marketing plans for paid search programs, ensuring that key performance indicators are met. You will oversee the digital marketing strategy for the website, develop relevant content, and create tactics to optimize the online experience. Your ability to gather, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data will inform your strategies, and you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing new content to support lead capture and conversion efforts. Regular audits of digital content will be necessary to identify ongoing improvements, and you will lead the coordination and production of new content for A/B testing and personalization initiatives. As a manager, you will mentor your team, exercise independent judgment in significant matters, and maintain consistent attendance, with the flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary. This position requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight, all while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
