This position can be remote anywhere in the US with the ideal candidate located on the Western half of the US! The primary purpose of this role is to identify strategies and deliver paid media opportunities that bring brand consistency, increase relevance, and improve purchase intent. In this role, you will ensure the development and activation of digital media plans to deliver on the marketing campaigns' goals and KPIs. You will drive performance insights so internal teams can apply media research, data, and analytics effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development and execution of paid media asset creation, driving best practices that support a center of excellence for paid media, and attracting, engaging, and developing team members within the department. Your responsibilities will include driving media-related planning and processes, strategic planning of paid media creative/assets to ensure the optimal customer journey and channel mix, analyzing and interpreting meaningful analytics, and translating them into actionable insights for all paid media tactics. You will also lead digital investment strategic planning and scope of work negotiations to ensure on-budget performance. The role requires a strong understanding of creative strategy, customer insights, data storytelling, digital media management, marketing strategy development, and paid social media. You will need to demonstrate project management skills to plan, organize, and manage tasks and resources effectively to bring about successful project completion.
