About the position

As the Manager of Digital Media at MFS, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive paid media strategy across various digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising, data analytics, and performance optimization, aimed at driving successful campaigns and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Influence, implement, and support a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with company goals and targets, including PPC, display advertising, social media ads, and programmatic buying.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and drive growth, managing budgets and setting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead, mentor, and develop paid media specialists, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Create detailed reports to communicate campaign success and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, creative services, analytics, and .com teams to ensure cohesive messaging and delivery across all paid media efforts.
  • Manage multiple global projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and platforms to ensure optimal performance and support for paid media initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, successful paid media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and other performance measurement platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.
