About the position

The Manager of Digital Product Delivery & Integration at American Express is responsible for leading program management efforts across various product teams, ensuring efficient and compliant transaction processing. This role serves as the primary liaison between project sponsors, stakeholders, and product teams, focusing on managing project interdependencies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact across ACD product teams for program management.
• Lead cross-functional teams on high-profile enterprise strategic initiatives.
• Manage project interdependencies and assess optimal approaches for delivery.
• Coordinate product efforts across teams, establishing and defining key priorities.
• Support planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholder teams and represent multiple product teams as necessary.
• Interface with various levels within the organization to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Program Management experience.
• Solid understanding of Global Merchant Services and industry awareness.
• Proven strategic thinker with experience in defining and executing global priorities.
• Excellent relationship and influence management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and influence without direct authority.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and demands.
• Understanding of Agile project management and software development.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Rally software for Agile project management.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience.
