About the position

The Manager, Digital Product Owner (Data Enablement / MarTech) at Universal Orlando Resort is responsible for leading product strategies that enhance the guest experience across Universal Parks & Resorts. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, focusing on data products and analytics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product delivery and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for Data Products and Team.
  • Utilize experience in data analytics to manage large enterprise-level datasets.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of Master Data Management (MDM), Governance, and PAM systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, technology teams, and stakeholders to meet product goals.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams using Jira to drive product development through Agile and SAFe practices.
  • Manage multiple products simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements and progress effectively.
  • Leverage technical and product experience to make informed decisions regarding product development and enhancements.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within product management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years in Product Management, preferably with experience in Digital Data / Technology products, Data Enablement products, MarTech / Personalization products, or Digital Marketing or Analytics.
  • Experience with large scale transformation initiatives and agile technology delivery programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic initiatives and manage product backlogs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience with implementation of Master Data Management Products including Collibra, Privicera, and ETL tools like Five Tran.
  • Knowledge of Data identity graphing utilizing AWS's Neptune entity resolution.
  • Knowledge of Data Ingestions into Snowflake.
