The Manager, Digital Product Technology at Frontier Airlines will be responsible for leading the digital content strategy, content management system, analytics platforms, and optimization strategy across the company's digital systems and products. This role is pivotal in executing and implementing a new content management system that aligns with the content and optimization needs of the business. The manager will ensure a consistent intake process and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to maintain compliance and consistency across all digital platforms. In this position, the manager will provide thought leadership to the web and mobile app teams, establishing best practices in content development, content strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), merchandising, and the optimization of Frontier Airlines' digital products. The essential functions of this role include owning and managing process streams with product managers, designers, researchers, and marketers to develop a cohesive content strategy. The manager will lead the implementation of a new headless Content Management System (CMS), ensuring that all business needs are met while managing optimization platforms to ensure successful merchandising across web and mobile platforms. Additionally, the manager will oversee analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the performance of digital platforms. They will champion data-driven decisions to optimize merchandising strategies and manage the daily operations of Frontier Airlines' CMS, including content publishing in both test and production environments. The role also involves managing high-level projects from concept to execution, providing structure for website development, updates, and enhancements to ensure a user-focused experience. The manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to create and customize content that supports the project/product roadmap, manage the site content and product go-live schedule, and cultivate relationships with third-party vendors while acting as the point of contact for issue resolution related to the flyfrontier.com website.
